Customer service was good, however these sellers use these platforms to create these pages that you then have to try and navigate which has proven after an hour of attempting to edit 1 page of 15 beyond frustrating! Cannot upload your own photos, times out, uploads take so long to then not work without purchasing a membership. These portfolios need to be created directly from the sellers own editing program and emailed to the customer!
